In the meantime, try this lovely recipe at home, remember to always use theĀ freshest produce where possible. There are a list on our website of our suppliers you can try who we use often and find to be reputable and of good quality.

Oh and at our courses, you receive a booklet of recipes outlining how to get stuck into the dishes created on the evening at home – this is just a sample of one we enjoyed a while back as a starter dish.
